The Sherwin-Williams, PPG or Behr coatings specified on your project carry their own manufacturer warranties. - Hail, wind, storm and impact damage
- Normal wear, dirt and fading beyond the product's rating
- Moisture from sources outside our scope, like roof or plumbing leaks
- Surfaces we recommended repairing or replacing that were left as-is

Warranty questions
What does the 5-year workmanship warranty cover?
Our work: the surface preparation and the application. If paint fails inside five years because of how we prepared or applied it, we return and correct it. It does not cover hail or impact damage, normal wear, or failures caused by issues outside our scope such as an unrepaired roof leak.
Is the warranty in writing?
Yes. The terms come with your written estimate so you can read them before you sign.
How is this different from the paint warranty?
The workmanship warranty is our promise about how the job was done. The paint warranty is the manufacturer's promise about the product, from Sherwin-Williams, PPG or Behr. Both apply to your project.

Does it transfer if I sell?
Ask before you list. Transfers are handled case by case and we will put the answer in writing for your buyer.
Why does a warranty matter more out here?
Open-lot sun, wind and a long freeze-thaw season punish any shortcut in preparation, and those failures usually appear within two to four seasons. A five-year term covers exactly that window.
