What helps us price accurately
The year the home was built, because pre-1978 changes the legal requirements. Whether anything is peeling or swollen, because that changes the scope entirely. Whether you are in an HOA. Room counts or rough dimensions. And photographs, which are worth more than any description.
What we will tell you that others might not
If your siding needs repair before paint, you hear it now. If a surface should be replaced rather than coated, we say so and write it down. If your project should honestly wait until spring, we will tell you that too, even though it means not booking work today.

Will I get follow-up calls?
No. We answer your questions and wait. If you want time to compare bids, take it.
